Presenters
Hi in this section we will tell you a bit about the team.

Currently we have three presenters, and the Producer.
The presenters are:-
Dora Koutrokois
Barabara Diakos
Stan (the Man) Kontogonis

Dora Koutrokois - Born in the island of Kefalonia Greece. Migrated  to Australia in 1980. Fluent in Greek and English. Greek being the mother language.
Loves travel, entertainment, and socialising.
Teaches Greek cooking at WEA College.
Currently studying Health Science at the Flinders University.
Is an accomplished interviewer and presenter with years of experience in interacting with people of all walks of life, from normal everyday people to politicians and other professionals.

Barbara Diakos - Born in Adelaide, of Greek parents from the island of Rhodos.. Fluent in Greek & English, with English being the mother language.
Loves socialising, entertaining and travel.
Has a huge interest in Greek history  & architecture
Has been a facilitator in various Greek Organisations.
Involves herself in numerous local Greek festivals.

Stan ( the Man ) Kontogonis - Born in Adelaide of Greek parents from Rhodes & Crete. Claims to be Cretan
Fluent in both Greek & English. English being the Mother language.
Insists on doing his segment in Greek.
Is the authority in Greek music here in Adelaide. He runs a Greek Music CD/DVD shop.
Prides himself in knowing virtually all past and up coming Greek artists . He is an accomplished DJ with over 30 years experience.



Jim Koutrokois - Producer Born in the Peloponese, Greece, of Greek Parents from Kefalonia & Pirgos tis Illias. Is qualified in Computer Science, with main interests directed to Videography, Video editing & directing. The love  of Greece and its people is what drives this person, directing all his professional technical skills to this end.

All persons involved in the production of the program HELLENIC PRESENCE
are volunteers, who go out of their way to promote and uphold Greek values. We are proud of our heritage, and keep our customs and heritage close to our hearts
